My opinion:

1. Hashirama Senju: only person to defeat Madara uchiha 1v1, and is a master of wood release
2. Minato Namikaze: God-speed, a master of sealing abilities
3. Hiruzen Sarutobi: Enma is baws, also becuase of his vast range of jutsu's
4. Tobirama Senju: created edo tensei, master of water release
5. Tsunade Senju: sorry but she is not standard, besides her been the master of medical ninjutsu.
