Confirmed: Obito Genjutsu'd a PERFECT Jinchuuriki

Before, we believed that Danzo said that Yagura was possibly a perfect Jinchuuriki, as we can see here:

So many of us said that Yagura probably wasn't one, as Obito was able to control him.

But the VIZ scan straight up says that Yagura achieved "true control over a Bijuu:"

So maybe Mei was right in thinking that there's a relation between Obito's Genjutsu and KA...​

Notice he said "maybe" for Yagura. Meaning that he is not sure, and when you know that Obito was behind Yaguras control, it's most likely that the one controlling the beast was Obito instead of Yagura. Anyway we've no proof about it, just a supposition

Doubt it. But Plausible. Maybe. Not sure. I mean Sasuke Genjutsued a Bee. Even though it was only for like 8 seconds the point is that he still got it. Maybe Obito used a stronger form of Genjutsu. Not neccesarily KA. I mean, That's Shisui's.

and if he was a perfect Jinchuuriki he could have snapped out of the genjutsu like bee did with help of Hachibi here

There is a possibility that he didn't have the beast sealed into him at that time or possibly, even though he was a perfect jinchuuriki, he and his beast didn't get along. But this is a good find, nonetheless.

the only way I think you can control a perfect jinchuuriki indefinitely is probably by using a powerful genjutsu on the host and the best at once, or one which even the tailed beast cannot break for its host. either way it's a feat that puts Tobi above all other genjutsu users. it's a pity the tailed beasts and the jinchuuriki didn't cough up more information when they met naruto.

100% agree, obito used some form of genjutsu similar to KA where he controlled isobu/yagura without them even noticing. Maybe the eye madara had when he died carried a powerful genjutsu (and obito took it for himself) because remember

it shows that madara implies that he has a powerful genjutsu, similar to tsukuyomi. So if thats the case then this eye must hold some powerful genjutsu properties. That being said i think its safe to say that obito used that to his advantage and controlled yagura
