Are the Uchiha clan members blood related?

Some definitions of "clan" say they are blood related and some say they aren't, so.. are all the Uchihas blood related?

It takes 200+ years and 6-7+ generations of inbreeding with your closest relatives to cause any kind of mental problem. Fugaku and Mikoto are probably so far apart that that wouldn't be a problem.

If sasuke ends up being a half senju half uchiha it would be very interesting, coz then he might not need the senju dna for rinnegan(if it is really required ).
