The use of the Death Reaper seal immediately kills the user of it after the process


although created by the Uzumaki Clan , we have never seen them use it themselves


My theory is - The death reaper Seal kills the user due to its immense Demand for chakra


people other than the Uzumaki Clan can not use it due to their lower stammina and chakra reserves


So - My theory is , Naruto was taught this technique By Jiraya during the timeskip . But was told Not to use it unless the situation is Grave

so - either he knows the technique , or will somehow unlock it or learn it in the near future he will not be effected by its effects cuz his chakra is almost infinite

For all people saying he can not use it based on the manga








there should be a logical explanation - there is No soul in Battle*

If they show that Naruto has somehow surpassed the verges of Jutsu that demands his very soul...then the level of pro-Naruto retardedness and the shonen cliches will blow this over 1000 fold. In short; it'll be pretty stupid.
