When you think about, Why would he be mad at Kakashi for failing to protect. Either one of two reason, Kakashi didn't try to save her or Kakashi you know what.

No, i'd have to say I was quite shocked when I saw it. I'd always just assumed that Kakashi's negligence caused Rin's death, not that he actively played a part in ending her life. However, the possibility remains that those are simply Zetsu clones or that the whole scene is a genjutsu cast by Madara.
