S/T
Hashirama had most the tailed beasts first so the tailed beasts are not part of this fight.
Why didn't you say they have better Genjutsu?

While the senju have better Taijutsu..
Edo tensei..
Lightening Blade
2 Advance Medical ninjas...(just screw up the nervous system).
Water style..

Senju win moderate difficulty. Madara obviously has only EMS in the situation and even with the help of Itachi, 1st Hokage wins against them. 2nd Hokage too has s/t which is Tobi's main feat that would cause anyone problems. Tsunade heals if needed and supplies that power.

meaning he can die, 1st Hokage regenrates w/o hand signs. In this 1st Hokage would still IMO, but wouldnt be able to take on two at a time. However, his flower technique or total darkness technique might able be able to slow one of the others for some time. Senju HIGH-difficulty.

i doubt that at the time madara fought with hashi, he used the complete susanoo, since he was using the kyuubi, that alone should pair him with hashi
tobi will take the 2nd hokage, his gedo mazou and rinnegan and he also has a badass space time ninjutsu,
i don't know tobirama's abilities, but i doubt his s/t ninjutsu is as good as tobi, even minato commented on tobi's s/t jutsu
pain can take tobirama and obito can take pain so i say that this goes to obito

then lastly itachi and tsunade, a thread has been made about this several times and itachi got the most votes
