Really Complicated GIF Signature Request

This may be out of the range of most members' abilities, but let's find out:

I want a GIF signature using the following video:

I want the GIF to include 4 segments linked together:

First, I want the segment from ~7-11.5 s where the title screen transitions to Lupin III falling to the ground.

Second, I want the segment from ~41-43 s where Jigen Daisuke walks across the screen and shoots, James Bond style.

Third, I want the segment from ~48-50 s where Goemon Ishikawa is standing in front of the waves.

Fourth and last, I want the segment from ~58-1:01 when Inspector Zenigata barges through the two doors. I want it to end with him walking through the second door and looping back to the first segment.

Additional details: I would like the GIF to be resized in a more panoramic style, suitable for a signature. If it's possible I would appreciate it if the GIF could be slowed down 50% as each segment is rather short.

I am aware this is a daunting task. If no one has the capability and or time, I will be satiated with the second segment above with Jigen, but I would still like the additional details applied. +Rep will be awarded to all legitimate attempts. I'd give ample kumi if it still existed...

The transitions would be kinda hard to make flow nicely. I can try I guess. xd

You copy the image location the same way you do a regular picture.

I know that Hipster Madara is working on it and has most of it done already, so if you can't get to it, that's fine.

That's good. I have essentially no experience with GFX, especially GIFs. It just sounded complicated to me.

More or less. I also want the sizing changed to be more appropriate for a sig and I want the timing slowed slightly because all of the individual bits are relatively short.

That looks great, but yes it is a little too fast. In particular, the title screen could lag just a little longer; when Lupin breaks through (but not when he's rolling on the ground) could be slowed down a bit, and the whole Inspector Zenigata sequence is just too fast. Jigen's and Goemon's segments are basically perfect. Regardless of whether you change things, +rep for the work!

From the parts you highlighted:
-The sequence with the guy kicking down doors is a bit too fast.
-The segments with the guy shooting "James Bond style" and the guy standing in front of the waves are perfect.
