IMO the most accurate top 10

2. Madara/ Self explanatory
3. Obito/ Self explanatory
4. Nagato/ This guy has the ability to challenge literally anyone. Rinnegan techniques are too much.
5. Hashirama/ Wood release + hype
6. Naruto/ BM mode + SM + chakra reserves
7. Hiruzen (prime)/ Hype and hype alone.
8. Itachi/Minato/ This has been debated a lot and it always ends up as inconclusive. I think it could go either way
9. Minato/Itachi
10. Sasuke/ Susano'o + Amaterasu + Kirin + weak ass Tsukuyomi + Chidori and Chidori variation + Hawk summoning. Very strong, why he isnt on most top 10 lists is beyond me.

I think sasuke ems has surpassed itachi.

I think Naruto has surpassed Nagato.

Kabuto does not have sage mode anymore plus with his nurse chakra levels he can barely preform edo tensei at a useful level.

As you put hiruzen prime I can see this is not a current top ten it is a I pick from whenever I want in the timeline top 10.

Either way good list pretty basic nowadays people know who is in the top 10 spots as it has been done so many times

When did he lose the ability to go into DSM? I thought Orochimaru just took back his chakra from Kabuto's body.

Nope he has lost his sage mode. To use sage mode you need large chakra reserves to balance out the Natural enery you take in*as said by the old frog* Orochimaru took back all his chakra which kabuto had obtained from orochimaru an anko. Even without going into the details you can tell by just looking at him.
