did Itachi have the senju DNA!!!!!!!!!!!

i was reading some chapters and this is what i found:

tobi said that only someone possessing the power of both Uchiha and senju can use izanagi.
and during his fight with cabuto he used izanami( a pair of izanagi ) so he did have the senju DNA. but when did he get it? after joining akatsuki or before?
i have a feeling that it might be linked somehow to tsukuyomi because sasuke can't use tsukuyomi even after implanting itachi's eyes. so what do you think ??
