I also found a picture of Madara's feet, they are definitely the same, but there are only so many pants styles in Naruto

I think black zetsu is connected to Madara for sure, I think the white part of zetsu is the life support for the black part, thoe they do move separately as well and also when they are fused (white and black) they can move through the earth, whereas Obito can't, even thoe he is also half-zetsu.
Also since Madara is obviously dead to have been brought back with Edo Tensei black zetsu can't be Madara in whole.

This is another thing that intrigues me in the whole Tobi-Zetsu relationship

Tobi is kind of "reporting" to Zetsu.
Especially with him staring forwards and just saying: "Well?"
That's really a superior talking to his underling, or I don't know, haha...

It seems to have the same abilities as this first hokage's wood release by using roots and trees for it attacks while the white Zetsu seem to only be able to phase through the land. I also wondered about his eyes and those staples or whatever they are going down the side of it body were he's connected to white Zetsu.

ch.606 answered a lot of questions and one of them is black zetsu... yes black zetsu is madara's will!!!! =)
