SO I was just watching minato vs obito when minato said ftg level2... So what is the differences between the levels isn't just teleportation with seals?

Flying Thunder God lv1 is simply teleporting from one kunai/marking to another.
Flying Thunder God lv2 is teleporting to another kunai/marking and launching a counterattack onto the opponent, such as a Rasengan.

level 1 means he teleports on a place that doesn't move at the moment While level 2 means he teleports to a moving object That s it

I always saw the FTG level 1 and level 2 as attack steps.
FTG lv 1 is throwing the kunai/making a seal mark somewhere.
FTG lv 2 is teleport to the marked place and attack.
It is an instant teleportation, I seriously don't see room for speed levels here. That sentence always baffled me.

Wasn't a general agreement reached that FTG lvl2 was a mistranslation? I dunno what the Viz translation says but it would make sense. All he's doing is teleporting to an already moving object.

i think FTG1 is just him teleporting to somewhere w/ in sight, while FTG2 is him teleporting to a seal anywhere (or a seal that is moving), and doing more move with it...... :shrug:
