Tsunade Senju vs Itachi Uchiha

The title says it all: who do you think takes it?

PS- Before you Senju and Uchiha fanboys go crazy, do remember:
1) Tsunade has unparalleled strength in the Narutoverse, and Itachi happens to be one of the more physically weak (in terms of strength and bodily constitution) characters in the show (I mean c'mon, he died from exhaustion)

2) Itachi is arguably the best Genjutsu user in the Narutoverse, and Tsunade has not displayed any aptitude whatsoever in resisting or dispelling Genjutsu that have been cast on her directly (Kakashi's case doesn't count; just coz she healed someone else doesn't mean she can heal herself when afflicted by it)

3) Itachi has the monstrous Susano'o complete with the Yata Mirror and Totsuka Sword, but remember Tsunade single-handedly defended herself against FIVE of Madara's advance-stage Susano'os.

4) Tsunade has Byakugou but that doesn't mean anything when she's paralysed by Tsukuyomi.

Give COMPELLING reasons people

Unless he uses Tsukoyomi or Amaterasu, which he would have to then he will lose. Only way tsunade wins is if she kils him before he uses either Jutsu on her.

Itachi wins but don't underestimate tsunade. But I have to disagree that he is physically weak as he fought on equal footing in taijutsu with km naruto.

just how would she escape amaterasu, and her strength would mean nothing against itachi's sussano, punching the yata mirror is as good as useless
though she's good at healing rapidly, i would say she'd just be delaying a brutal death(rape)

Itachi. No matter how much strength you have, you can't force your way out of a genjutsu where Itachi controls all aspects of space and time. If he uses his Amaterasu, it comes down to which does faster, Amaterasu or Byakugō. And even then, you can have all the regeneration speed you want, once you damage an important organ, you're basically screwed.
