Look carefully at Tobiramas words in both pics you posted and you'll notice that they are almost the same, which means that both pics show an event that happened once. He was not named Hokage 2times like you say. It happened the same day

I think it was sort of a retcon, because the first time, there wasn't a proper background and Kishi needed some way to fit Danzo into the role.

Makes sense. I was also convinced by a scene in the anime but I guess you can't invest too much in the anime.

Is this a joke? You are basically showing the same scene from 2 different times in the manga. Also Hashirama did not appoint him Hokage, he just tells him what it means to be a hokage, since it was probably destined that he would become Hokage eventually, since they both taught him..
