Orochimaru's form of immortality is physical and not spiritual(not sure if there is such a thing as spiritual immortality as one is just being, un-changed un-phased), therefore his soul is easily taken with "ningendo", Oro could orally regenerate and brush off physical attacks but can't escape a, Bansho tenin and Ningendo combo OR
