Then things got serious and they fell in love with each other. Everything was flowing pretty well up until sasuke realized that madara's mom was his cousin.

Since then sasuke has withstood from women. He is scared of being hurt again. In return, he has turned his head towards a bromance with naruto. . . because of sasuke's professional implications they can't really be together.
