Kakashi was a jounin and Rin was a chunin by this point, and it wasn't long after this that Minato became Hokage, so I think they eventually disbanded as a formal team.

And yes, I believe Rin & Obito were replaced... Maybe we will find out eventually; especially since the recent talk abut Rin and Obito...

no, i dont think gai went onto the team as he has been kakashi';s rival for some time.

also i think it might have been kagami uchiha's grandson ( fodder) since they needed an uchiha to replace obito

After Rin's death, Minato was already Hokage??? (Possibly) and Kakashi was probably in Anbu? I forget the age he was in Anbu.

Makes sense. Tho I find it hard to believe Kakashi was automatically promoted to Anbu the next day after such an event... This discussion is too pick the most accurate assumptions as to what happened with Kaka after said event...
