A wins this easily. He's too fast for any Taijutsu showing has plus lightning release armor grants him immunity to basic Taijutsu.

Ninjutsu

Showing has this one since A only used lightning armor but there is ninjutsu that shisui has that's fast enough to hit A.D.

Genjutsu

I know everyone will tell KA but we all know A is even too fast to make eye contact with unless you have something that can hold him in place like edo Madara did.

So how Shisui even have a chance?

A would be a tough one for Shisui since A is so fast it makes eye contact difficult, even Madara had to hold A down to make eye contact with him. However Shisui might be able to do since his Shunshin was also famous, so he too is supposedly incredibly fast.

First of all it never said Shisui fought Danzo. Shisui only mentioned Danzo took his other eye. It never stated how.

Secondly members of anbu are bound not to fight against there leaders. Like we saw with Sai he places seals on some members of the group. Although we cannot assume they fought or even fought on even terms knowing Danzo anyway. Its not confirmed.
