By using a flashlight he carries around with him, the jounin will utilize the shadows cast when shinning it over his face to create a scary face. This genjutsu only affects the weak of mind, and is used to get his students to do what he wants. This jutsu is most famous for scarring Naruto Uzumaki during his time under Tenzou.
