Kirin vs Rasenshuriken

Ok so bare with me alittle, I know in normal circumstances this would never actually happen but let's say naruto throws rasenshuriken and sasuke is out of chakra or something and the only move he could do is Kirin to counter rasenshuriken which move would win?

Now think about it the rasenshuriken is a wind technique which is suppose to be stronger than lighting, and I know normal wind techniques wouldn't be able to win against Kirin but we are talking about the rasenshuriken the dare I say it, strongest wind technique that attacks at a cellar level.

On the other hand you have a huge dragon made of pure lighting.

Personally I think the two moves would be to strong and just explode or cancel each other out, but if I had to choose I would give it to the rasenshuriken I think it will continue to expand and slowly destroy Kirin, but I don't think after the rasenshuriken would continue towards sasuke the move will just end. But at the same time Kirin is just lighting it doesn't have cells so will the rasenshuriken even do anything at all I'm not sure. What do you guys think?

It gives you cover from both attacks.

I'm ify about it myself cus I know wind>linghting that's a fact but just cus it's a wind move does that means it wins automatically?

Does a tiny water jutsu always win against a huge fire jutsu? I'm using that as an example.

Mind you I do think Rasenshuriken will win but still I wish people would explain.

You can't spam kirin on the fly, you need the weather too....and I doubt that shooting fire in the air would cause a thunderstorm each time -_- so rasenshuriken.....but kirin is faster, though I think rasen is more powerful in general

Its true that wind > lightning, but people forget that when it comes to destruction power Kirin is on other level compared to FRS. Kirin is a technique that completely destroyed very large hill, its completely different than techniques shinobi can perform with their own chakra. Thats why if both jutsus collided with each other, Kirin would most likely win.
