Would you rather be a Ninjutsu, Taijutsu or Genjutsu specialist?

Taijutsu for sure.
Taijutsu is the best form of art...... Reason being is that in some cases genjutsu would be rendered useless same goes for ninjutsu.
In battle there well always be taijutus..... Therefore giving me the upper hand.
Also taijutsu has to have good chakra control which well help in some cases.
Place what people havent realized in any battle if the opponents is with in the 35 feet radius then the win most likely__ 85% would go for the taijutsu expert.......

Not to mention that if you are at Gai's level, with gates you are able to move at speeds 99% of other shinobi can't follow, much less hit you with ninjutsu or put you under genjutsu.
Plus if you can judge your opponent's movements solely by looking at their feet, the sharingan's genjutsus will automatically be rendered useless.

Also with taijutsu one is able too
1) Increase speed.
2) Increase Strangth.
3) Increase reaction time.
4) Increase recovery time.

Genjutsu, irl genjutsu specialist would run this world, if you didn't specialize in or atleast had an affinity in genjutsu, you are fodder for any ninja not bound by plot.

It has to be basic ninjutsu, you know- like oldschool water dragons or summoning gusts of wind. Taijutsu is a VERY close second though.
