In all seriousness, it depends what Mewtwo we're talking about. It makes a difference whether it's Mewtwo from the anime or from the manga or from games. For example, in the games legendary Pokemon have just slightly better stats than standard ones. For example, Rattata at 100lvl would defeat Mewtwo 70lvl without much problem.

If we're talking about anime Mewtwo, then it would definitely be an interesting fight, pretty even to my mind.
Manga Mewtwo seemed to me to be a little shabbier, though it still would put a fight against Kyuubi.
And if it's game Mewtwo, then Kyuubi low diff.

And Jigglypuff will be pretty useless in all scenarios anyway. xD
