Family and MS Abilities.

I believe that family member share the same or similar MS abilities:

Itachi: Amaterasu, Tsukuyomi, and Susanoo.

Sasuke: Amaterasu, Tsukuyomi, and Susanoo.

Madara: Amaterasu (most likely) Tsukuyomi (most likely) Susanoo.

I'm basing the abilities off of the databook entry that states you need Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi to unlock Susanoo, and on the fact that Madara most likely needs Tsukuyomi to use Infinite Tsukuyomi.

So I believe that these 3 are closely related.

maybe the uchiha is like the hyuuga clan where they have a main house and a branch family.

cause sauske and itachi dad was the leader of the uchiha clan just as madara was there leader.

I didn't include those because Shisui and Obito don't have any known immediate family members who have MS.

Well, Uchihas are known for marrying their cousins and such...it makes sense because it preserves the Sharingan lineage.

I agree that Sharingan abilities are based on DNA. As you pointed out, this means that family members share the same overall techniques, but will have slight variations based on their own DNA. The main reasons for this are:

1. Obito's eyes have only been able to do Kamui, regardless of who was using them (Kakashi or Obito).
2. Shisui's eye have only been able to do Kotoamatsukami, regardless of who was using them (Shisui, Danzo, or the crow).
3. Sasuke and Itachi seem to have the same abilities. This may have been solely because Itachi transferred his abilities to Sasuke, or that Sasuke actually just happened to awaken Amaterasu and Susanoo after his fight with his brother.

I don't think sasuke or madara have tsukiyomi. Madara has yet to show ametarasu. Nobody has seen them display these abilities. Sasuke genjutsu is labled sharingan genjutsu same as madara. While itachi states or the picture close to him say tsukiyomi .imo that's how. Kishi seperates their genjutsu. When it comes to ametarasu both itachi and sasuke clearly say ametarasu. Why would the same jutsu have different name? On phone excuse grammer

Madara definitely has Tsukuyomo and Amaterasu. I don't know why people don't believe it..

Madara has to have Tsukuyomi, since he is going to do the Infinite Tsukuyomi.

Also the data book says you need Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi to awaken Susanoo.
