In chapter 603 while Obito is recovering we can clearly see that he is developing his wood style.

As Obito got stronger not only his sharingan grew but his ability to use wood style grew as well. Obito wasn't that old when Hashirama's cells were implanted in him meaning Obito was still in the process of unlocking his full power, that's why you could very much say that his wood style can be considered his natural ability along with his sharingan. This could change our whole view on Obito and he can be more powerful than we think. If Obito decides to go against Madara, him and Kakashi together with their sharingan can play a big roll for stopping Madara

he is made from white zetsu, white zetsu have not shown any use of Mokuton. Black zetsu have only shown the use of Mokuton. if white zetsu could use mokuton it would of been a much bigger problem for shinobi on the battlfield. therefore obito can not use it although he has senju DNA

That's a poor excuse. He has Hashirama's cell in him he is able to produce wood style just like Madara. But why dont you take a stick from your bed and shove it up your ass.

Look closer at the bottom of the bed. You can see where the stick was broken off.

He is balancing. Testing and strengthening his messed up half.

I think that it is just a piece of broken off wood from under his bed, however, I believe that the wood is reacting to the "Senju" half of Obito's body thus causing accelerated growth of the piece of wood.

He could probably use mokuton to a small extent but not fully, White Zetsu who is full Hashirama didn't use senju DNA until he was beefed up by Kabuto

he probably has Senju DNA but not Hashi DNA like Madara. Who knows I doubt he could use Mokuton
