Obito's Eyes are powerful

I think Obito's sharingan is very powerful for some reasons.

He can use kamui.
Kakashi Copied 1000s of Jutsus with his eye which made me think obito also copied madara's Jutsus in no time and had some special abilities like copy jutsus fast.
Madara Realize that Obito is very strong and he is the only one who can help him.
If he had both eyes then he could be unbeatable.
4th Hokage was well aware how dangerous he is.

Edit: not every Uchia copied many jutsus like kakashi did. Kakashi can execute the same jutsu before even user does it. We never seen other uchia doing it. I am not saying He can copy jutsus but He can copy Faster and better than other uchia and master all the jutsus.

Yeah, He might give it but kakashi is already a legendary ninja so not necessarily He will need another eye.

So, would someone care to explain why hasn't Tobi taken a quick detour to Konoha back when he was able to easily overpower Kakashi (not that he still isn't, but Kakashi has improved a lot too), and taken his eye back?

Sure, he was using some borrowed Sharingan... But if he hated Kakashi so, why has he allowed Kakashi to keep the eye?

Also, Sharingan in pt. 2 is way overrated... In pt 1, it seemed able to copy anything... In part 2, it seems there's thousands of jutsus it's unable to copy. Since Kakashi power stems from back in pt. 1, it makes sense for him to be powerfull... In part 2, Sharingan, I believe, has been turned into just a cool add-on.
