[Spoilers] Question on fight with tobi and minato

After reading the recent chapter, I decided to go back and read about minato fighting tobi. However, when Minato landed a hit on Tobi, his left arm was oozing. Wasn't his right side was made of the cells though?

This leads me to believe that the Tobi who fought Minato was wearing zetsu like in the recent chapter.

this could be possible as he was still young and it might have been zetsu fighting minato but using obitos abilities as such ... this could be y he said the words "he's fast" because zetsu has never seen minato's speed

It makes sense as ALSO blood was coming out, so Obito was in that Suit when he fought against Minato. But that does not explain why Obito didn't had the same suit on as in chapter 603, we clearly saw Obitos hair on top and a different mask so maybe there are different types of Zetsu-Suits.

Tribal Mask = Black Zetsu?

If he was wearing the armor it would also account for his size as well. putting the age difference to bed once and for all.

Maybe his left arm was injured too, but his right side and arm got crushed. Imo it still makes sense!

His arm was shown to be injured, but what your saying could also be true. I'm kind of hoping the flashback goes up to right before Obito invaded the leaf so we get his POV.

I think that his left arm isn't THAT bad.
He might be in Tobi armor and it injures Tobi armor AND Obito himself... that explains why blood AND zetsu was coming out

Hi. This is my first time posting on this forum.
I think OP is on to something. It must mean one of two things that the left arm, not the right arm of the masked man when fighting Minato was the "zetsuish"(not a real word, I know) one. It could be
1. It's a plothole
2. It means the theory that it's not Obito as the masked man at all times may be true(I would love if that were true, tbh cuz it makes more sense). Plus, it shows that it's not likely that Obito could improve as much in the space of one year to fight like that against his sensei. Also, another thing that bothers me is that the ninetails seemed to recognize the masked man when he summoned it out of Kushina(It said, "you...)
