kimimarou IMO he was ill and went against both rock lee and gaara i believe if he had more time to develop aswell as being healthy he could have been an elite ninja on kakashi and guys level

Haku because if he had more time to develop his moves he'd be a lot more stronger he died all the way in the beginning, kimi was just straight up sick, although he was extremely strong, haku was smarter imo.

They all have a lot of potential. I would say Haku, his ice kekki genkki was strong and he would have access to wind and water release as well. Kimmimaro was only tai jutsu and that's a lot more limited than ninjutsu.

Kimimaro pretty much reached his potential. Not enough was shown about Yahiko's abilities though, but he was portrayed as a hard-working individual, similar to Naruto in that aspect. Haku was still young, and could do one-handed seals, so I say Haku from this list. I accidentally put Yahiko in the poll ha.
