the ground was not talking I think its obito who's talking there because he do exercise or he is breathing hard...

Personally, I would be very interested if Obito was able to use mokuton. I certainly don't think that he was doing in that panel as a child, considering he was only just re-learning to walk around and excercize at the time. But if adult Obito or the teenage one currently featured at the end of this chapter started busting out basic mokuton it would not surprise me. Especially given the composition of his body.

It was making noise because he's trying to keep it still. That's why he's holding it in that "crane-style" position that he is in the next panel.

Its healing back in place due to the senju dna just sound effects. it would be weird if he arm was talking it that where the case that would have to mean to me at least that it was the masked zetsu that got fused to him.

the masked zetsu can talk without a mouth..but maybe he have a mouth because he is wearing a mask..maybe?

I tried it personally balancing the wood in my palm but it does not making any noise (no im just kiddin' ^_^).... ya maybe your right..
