Its all because of Zetsu

Zetsu is really intelligent,I think zetsu follow kakashi and rin and then he got that good moment and transforms his clones into hidden mist shinobi's and sorrounded the two, we all know that they can transform and copy the chakra so it was easy, and after cornering kakashi and rin , one zetsu goes to the hideout and tell obito that his friends are in danger,.and why does the other zetsu(tobi look alike) easily let his body to be used by obito, and if zetsu dont really want obito to go outside he would not tell obito whats happening into his friends ,i think it was all set up by zetsu to fool obito and to have grudge with his friend kakashi, they will kill rin in front of obitos eyes and let kakashi live,

Very likely that Zetsu acted like this but I do no think that Zetsu has his own will.

He has the intelligence to develop such a plan abut not to initiate it.

He will do what Madara is ordering him: maybe nowadays he is following Obitos orders.

And the zetsu that fused with obito act like the tobi we know, the speeching and the gestiks are similar to the tobi we seen at the beginning.

And somehow, i think during the chaos, Obito somehow witness the death of "Rin" (whether real Rin or fake Rin) and his Mangekyou was triggered as a result.

And we could finally know why Kakashi got his MS.

It's like too convininent that all of a sudden they came and told Obito about Kakashi and Rin.
