Can Kakashi use Lightning Armor like the Raikage??

We know he can use the Lightning element with great proficiency and has developed some good techniques :

1)Lightning Beast Running Technique
2)Lightning Cutter
3)Lightning Release Shadow Clone
4)Lightning Transmission
5)Lightning Kunai

So i was wondering if he could perform the Lightning armor...i mean...he could at least try i guess...it would be awesome...and don't tell me he doesn't have enough chakra...

Lightning cutter's an extension of chidori, so that means that every jutsu kakashi pulls out that we never heard of is most likely and extension of lightning blade

I believe that with enough practice he can learn the technique, but he probably won't be able to reach A's level of it.

Kakashi is only able to funnel his lighting chakra through his arms not his entire body. It's possibly that he could learn/use this technique but it'd take a hefty toll on him since that jutsu requires a considerable amount of chakra to be of any use. My guess is that the only reason why the 3rd and 4th Raikage could use it is b/c of their insane stamina and bijuu like chakra.

Kakshis chakra levels arent on that of As so it he could maybe keep it up for like 10 second IF THAT. But I doubt he will ever learn it. Hes bawse enough as is.
