As he is now. Pain, Kisame, and Itachi could beat him. Pain has the 6 paths to take him on at once. Kisame has tailed beast levels of chakra, and Itachi has faster hand signs, more chakra, and is better at genjutsu. Only reason Obito isn't in there is because that fight is going on right now

Well, we know for a fact he can't beat Nagato...proof being one nail in one throat. (Had Kishi not decided, "hey, umm...I realized just now I can't kill off half of my good characters. My bad guys".) Kisame...well, I'm not sure, cause Guy beat him, but Guy only uses taijutsu. So given Kakashi's heavier on ninjutsu, gonna say he loses to Kisame. Itachi would be a fair fight if not for the magnekyo sharingan. Tobito...I'm not sure on on Tobito. Maybe. I'l give him the benefit of the doubt because all Tobi does is use kamui, over and over again. Everyone else Kakashi could beat, I believe.

The fact he says he would have ended in hospital means that he thinks Kakuzu would have been defeated by his Kamui, or where do you think Kakuzu would have been? Will he just leave him go and have a rest in a hospital?

All powered up, no fatigue..... most say no to him beating Obito, he was found out, so give him a very good probability. The rest he can and will out think. Itachi with the mentality to kill no chance. He can't out think him. War is like chess. As the assassin his mind would cause his opponents to make the mistake he was looking for. Pain's use of the beasts and the ability to have "replacements" step in and attack while far away would take away his greatest ability. Close quarters combat.
