Moderators and other editors maybe, but not regular members cause then someone could hate u and -rep the crap out of you or all the trolls would get together and WHAM -rep everyone in a frenzy.

Yeah I've only been -repped once and that was because I gave my opinion on something and the person had a different one, I don't really mind though. Just because a person has a different opinion then you shouldn't mean that they need to be -repped though.

Not necessarily. Pretend your opinion is, "SASUKE IS BETTAH DAN ERRYBODY ELSE!" Of course that's your opinion, it may not be true and you might get negative repped for that.

Yeah I agree with you. I 've used -rep only 3-4 times , but I hate it. When I get -repped I feel that I'm a piece of shit breaking the rules and my honour and self-confidence are destroyed. And I admit that 2-3 times I deserved it but in the rest of the cases (6-7 occasions , I can't remember) I did nothing wrong (didn't break the rules nor I was trolling...etc.)

I very very rarely -rep anyone, and some times even + rep some troll threads or fanboys threads, as long they are somewhat funny and not too provocative.
But some times there are troll threads and such that do deserve -rep, and I'm sure the people that made them knew that was coming, since they were THAT bad, so don't see why they should feel offended by it lol
