If madara gave both his eyes to nagato what did he do with nagatos eyes.?? also in the latest chapter whos eye did madara have considering hes cripple and the uchiha massacre didnt happen till after.

I guess he just got rid of Nagato's eyes. Madara probably has some random Uchiha's eye.

Nagato's eyes were nothing special so they were probably discarded.
Madara never delved into where he got his spare eye.

The Rinnegan is not Madar's! He didn't say that crap Obito did and we all know he's a warped liar! Zetsu was working with Madara so he could've got the eye from a fallen Uchiha, there was a war going on after all

Nice theory, it may be very ikely. I made one on the story line, and what really happened to Madara when Nagato got the rinnengan:

I also suggested Madara used a jutsu such as Izanagi.

Thanx, yah yours also seems pretty interesting and is kinda similar to mine but not exactly. Madara simply picked a sharingan that contained the power of izanagi from his sharingan lab and used izanagi in order to turn death into an illusion when it came to him as stated in my theory. I'll post on your theory if you post on mine

Senju DNA amplifies it.

Please read my theory carefully. Remember the fight between Uchiha involving Izanagi that was stated by Itachi? A number of Uchiha had Izanagi, it's possible that they're eyes were taken by Madara and preserved in the lab which he gave to Obito(Tobi) later on.
