can naruto's clones spawn other clones?

its just that i haven't seen it happening yet... it should be possible but if it is i really dont get why naruto doesnt just gives pretty much all his chakra to a clone of his and lets him do the fighting..

second question: what would happen f that clone used up all his chakra to create another clone? it would poof right? then he could teleport that way couldn't he?

Yes. Naruto's clones can make other clones. Very Recently, Tobi has been fighting a Naruto Clone this whole time. And that clone has been making other clones the whole fight
