Theory - Naruto already possess another Chakra Element way before Wind Element

Naruto use Shadow Clones... Shikamura uses Shadow Possession Jutsu which i believe is a yin or yang element jutsu.
So does that mean Naruto unknowingly possess 2 chakra element now?

depends im not to informed on the workings of shadow clone but do they really involve yin or yang release i mean just cuz it says shadow does mean it uses those releases
