Does Nagatos shinra tensei have an interval too like Deva-Path had?

Is Nagatos Shinra Tensei even stronger than the one who destroyed Konoha?

because naruto said his powers are stronger and faster. so is this counting for st too?

Hard to tell, but most likely not. Paths just make it easier to divide the power and make use of the shared field of vision, also because Nagato was physically impaired. By the way, everything I just said is all speculation.

Nagatos movements were supposed to be faster since he is moving on his own and not through dead bodies. This doesn't speak for the interval of the technique which is a part of it as a cooldown. Nagatos techniques might be stronger since he is not splitting his Chakra into six bodies, but he showed us the maximum of Shinra Tenseis strength when focusing all his Chakra into one body in order to destroy the village.

IN the Itachi/Naruto/Bee vs Nagato fight, Nagato used shinra tensei on amaterasu, and almost immediately afterwards used a full body shinra tensei.

So the 5sec cooldown might only apply to Pain.

Regenerating his body and hiding himself in his chameleon after using his Shinra Tensei might take some seconds, not less than 5 I guess.
