Now that that's out of the way, when you say top 5 akatsuki do you mean who are the best, most capable members or who would remain in a deathmatch between them all? Because everyone in this forum is talking like its the latter. It doesn't help that a large amount of the Akatsuki can fight at long range, but seriously looking at the general ninja elsewhere most ninjas lack the brains, timing or long range skills needed to survive against Hidan for more than a few minutes. Try telling that to Asuma. Hidan IMO is in the top 5 akatsuki members.

Kakuzu and Sasori don't. Gl getting a scratch on Deidara, Konan, Itachi, Nagato, Obito..
I don't think Sasori would beat Hidan. Kisame I'm not sure but think they are about equal.
He obviously beats Zetsu.
