How does it feel when we got hit by Rasengan ?

Also I am talking about how does it feel when we got hit by Rasengan in real life, like when Naruto or Jiraiya hitting u with it.

1. Naruto running with Rasengan and then hit u on the stomach. Then u can feel u can get stomach ache and your stomach gettin heavy and after the Rasengan hit u then it blows u away like a powerful palm. It is that we feeling when we get hits or not ?

2. Naruto running with Rasengan and hits u on your stomach. Then u can't breath and Rasengan blows u away into rocks, tree or a wall. It is that we gets hit and does it feel like that ?

3. Naruto hits u on the stomach. You're not feelin nothing on your stomach, but getting numb and it blows u away. It is that we feelin when we got hit by it ?
