Everyone below Naruto (by a big amount) would most likely get killed by one Amaterasu.
Defeating the 5 kages I would say no.
Sasuke having EMS changes it a lot as he can use full Susano'o for the entire fight if he wanted to but,
Tsunade breaks his Suasno'o, Raikage moves fast and kills him before Sasuke can react.
Gaara could also pull him out of Suasno'o if he wanted to.
Sasukes Amaterasu is useless as long as Gaara uses his sand to block it. The Raikage can also dodge it as he is very fast.
Sasukes Tsukuyomi is terrible in my opinion and even if it could take out one of them while he is using Tsukuyomi the others have a big opening and could kill Sasuke then.
Fire element is also useless as Mizukage could just use her water element.
Tsuchikage can also makes other fly and lighten them so that they can move fast enough to dodge nearly everyone of Sasukes attacks.
Sasukes Susano'o Arrow is the only problem for the Kages in my opinion though im sure Raikage could dodge it but the rest are done for if he shoots it at them unless it can be blocked with Gaara's sand... I don't think that would happen though.

really last time i checked if it wasnt for gara the raikage would be missing his leg as well as his arm.....one on one sasuke would have killed a......he did kill danzo........
One on one he kills all the kage except tsunade and onooki

Kakashi will die fast in my opinion as Sasuke could:
1. Use Amaterasu and kill him.
2. Use Susano'o Arrow and kill him.
After Kakashi uses Kamui to much to save himself from the high speed attack of Amaterasu and Susano'o Arrow then he will either die by the next hit or by using up to much chakra. Kakashi has Lightnign Blade which wont do anything to Susano'o and his Kamui is easily dodged as Sasuke is not slow.
To be honest im not sure against Orochimaru, I don't know if its just me but I don't think we know enough to say. Manda gets controlled by Sharingan or killed by Amaterasu. So thats the summoning out the way. I don't know a lot about him so I can't say.

Maybe so but the Raikages leg would of most likely broke through the ribs of susanoo and severely damage sasuke. And the thing is they were fighting sasuke one on one each time. it wasn't really a 5 v 1

I dont think this is 100% true.
Sasuke vs A (Raikage).
Just because Sasuke made Raikage lose a arm and nearly a leg don't mean he is better. Raikage could have stopped before he hit Sasuke breaking through Amaterasu meanign he could have kept his arm but was so angry he didn't care. Raikage can break through Susano'o and dodge Amaterasu. All Sasuke can hope for is that he can Tsukuyomi him in time or hope that Raikage don't get angry and break through both Amaterasu and Susano'o then kill him in the process of losing a arm.
Sasuke vs Mei (Mizukage).
Mizukage can easily break down Susano'o with her Boil release as its called on the wiki.
The mist will also kill Sasuke itself after that.
Other then that Sasuke could one shot her with Amaterasu, Tsukuyomi (though I think his is terrible) and Susano'o Arrows.
Also fire element is useless on Mei as she is skilled in Water element.
Sasuke vs Gaara (Kazekage).
Gaara is a easy kill for Sasuke he has nothing to break through Susano'o and can only protect for so ong in till Sasuke finally breaks through Gaara's defence and kills him.
Though Sasukes Tsukuyomi is bad in my opinion that would take down Gaara easily.
Sasuke vs Tsuchikage.
I don't think Tsuchikage has any jutsu that can break through Susano'o. Dust styles might be able to im not sure and if not then thats a easy kill as Sasuke can just Amaterasu him, Tsukuyomi him or Susano'o Arrow him or maybe a punch from Susano'o.
Sasuke vs Tsunade (Hokage)
None of Sasukes attacks can kill Tsunade but if Amatrasu hits her she may be able to live for a while thanks to her fast healing/regens and can easily break Susano'o then kill Sasuke after that. I guess Tsukuyomi is the only thing to save Sasuke from Tsunade. Amaterasu will end it in a draw unless Sasuke runs while it burns her then he wins.

Iruka just gets controlled by Sharingan and then Sasuke just makes him jump off a cliff nothing else needed.

Iruka goes SSJ4 and uses his bankai which is a mixture of Aizen's and renji's bankai, then he just sh1ts in sasuke's mouth
