The arguments sound good when read as an essay but I doubt it's actually practical. I'm not saying that he doesn't have good counters to some of the Uchiha's techniques, but most ninja are creative by nature. When A's fighting an elite clan with several amazing shinobi in its ranks, he'll definitely be facing tricks and surprises one way or another (see how Itachi tricked Kabuto with a crow clone twice). I actually do think that he should be able to take most 3-tomoe Uchiha, and perhaps some of the other MS users. Madara is far too much for him though, and Sasuke was already a trouble for him before he was buffed up stamina and ability-wise. Itachi's intelligence should also be considered.

man A is fast we get it. but all his attacks are physical. k check it A's go to move is super high speed punch. sasuke used amaterasu to defend. itachi would use crow clones and then pop up eye to eye with A. game over. Once again, Madara had to completely immobilize him to hit him with genjutsu. He's too fast for itachi period. Itachis bad eyes and low Stan make him a bad match up for A. As for madara, he's nothing but a coward with hashis power. We don't know how strong he really was without it. How would he best the 3Rd raikage? He has way better feats.

The funny thing is despite being the ultimate counter to the Uchiha, he loses to anyone of them. He can push them to mid difficulty at best.

The best counter to any Uchiha is Hashirama, Naruto and DSM Kabuto for various reasons. They all have ways to make the Uchiha OP techs completely useless.
