Remember Itachi barley used his MS and Pawned many Jounin shinobi. he only Used MS for people like Jiraiya and other powerful Shinobi his class and up. Regular Sharingan is more than enough to pawn any other shinobi. its more based on your skills and MS just gives you better feats but other than that a Uchiha with Sharingan is over powered already. remember when itachi and Sasuke fought that battle was intense and they were only using regular Sharingan.

well not all Uchihas unlocked the Clans KKG and the ones who did were strong but remember some few select Uchihas stood out more than others making them Famous amongst the Clan and other Shinobis. the ones who became famous were above average Uchihas with special skills and abilities, Techs, etc that made them who they are. just my two cents

Most of them didnt even have sharringan they got wiped out by a two kids.... or one kid and a old man
