Did Sasuke really break Tsukuyomi?

I personally wanna know does everyone really think its accurate to believe that sasuke broke a genjutsu that was suppose to kill him, if at no point in the fight was itachi actually trying to kill him.

Now before anyone says some bullshit about him being able to break it now, i know that, he has itachi's eyes he at least has a 70% chance at breaking it now. But like itachi and a few other ninjas have said its not the power of the tool its the power of the user or skill of the user or some shit i cant remember just think of it as basically what i said just way cooler.

i think when itachi caught sasuke in tsukiyomi when sasuke was young he was training him to break out of it

This is true, but itachi has way more experience with sharingan and genjutsu then sasuke. Thats like saying a samurai master would lose in a one on one fight to a Novice.

The effect of tsukuyomi would leave no possible way for sasuke to win the fight and it was said that itachi didnt have much time to live and was taking medicine to keep him alive. Its also fact that itachi wanted to die by sasuke's hands or at least let sasuke see him die, if he would have finished the tsukuyomi there would have been no chance that sasuke could have came close to winning

Itachi already told kakashi in naruto part 1, that in order for someone to break tuskyomi the person has to be from the same bloodline as he. sauske broke out of it beccause he advanced his sharingan to a high level before he had ms, Even itachi was shocked saying he broke out of it....
