So after I went over some anime I found the battle where Hanzo turned on the old akatsuki and yahiko died. While Hanzo was fighting with Nagato he displayed the body Flickr technique. Which is a pretty unique technique. I am aware of a couple others who had this technique shisui, A raikage, minato and tobirama had space time,ftg. But who else has this body flickr tech I never thought Hanzo would posess such a technique.

Second part do you feel that Hanzo has battled with shisui I ask because Hanzo possessed the body Flickr tech and shisui has sharingan maybe shisui copied the tech and took it to a whole new level I have no idea.

Body flicker is pretty common justu and the Raikage didn't have a space time he used lighting armor to augment his reflexes to make him faster
