Has Itachi ever battled to kill?(Not including clan massacre)

Nagato could be considered a battle to kill but I can see how some would not think that. So what battles(if any) did Itachi try to kill someone?

None. We've never seen him go all-out thanks to him always being handicapped by one thing or another.

However, you could include the Nagato fight into this category, and he fared extremely well in that one.

We don't know his full capabilities, and the last time we saw him 100%, he pretty much owned Kurenai and Kakashi.

I was reading the topic between Kakashi and Itachi who is a better analyse and this came up. The OP was all for Kakashi in which I never answered because its too handicap of a topic every battle we have seen itachi in was for plot purposes and the fact that kishi always had it in his mind he would kill off Itachi. We have seen more of Kakashi in death situations. Itachi never fought for real he always rather educate his opponent instead of fight. The angriest I have ever seen Itachi was when he told Kabuto that he will stop Edo.

There has been two instances when itachi was angry or should i say agitated.
The first is when orochimaru starting talking about how he would take sasuke's body and itachi rammed the totsuka sword into him even before he finished his sentence.

The next was against edo nagato, where he didnt waste anytime and peirced nagato even before he realised what has happened, then asked him if he has come back to his sense and told him he is about to seal him, any last words

itachi is a brutal evil mass murderer who killed kids who were no threat to konoha on their own, solely cos an old man said so. and just because he doesnt kill personally doesnt mean he didnt aid and abett the killings of the jinchuriki and order kisame to try and kill two jounin.
