Okay, Hinata is powerful, I won't get that mixed up, especially with that twin gentle step lion fist, but sakura Has got her beat in regards to combat.

Sakura, phisically, is a crapload stronger than hinata. Even the slightest graze of cherry blossom clash, and hinata's out of it. You've heard kakashi say it would do the same to him. So lets add a little bit of this up:
Cherry blossom clash Is going straight through gentle step lion fist, and destroying the bones in w.e hand.
Hinata does have Protective, which is a quite formidable DEFENSIVE jutsu. Sakura's not dumb enuf 2 run right into it, since its common sense that protective cant be done in mid movement.

In the end Sakura should win 89.5% (rndm #) of the time.

Not really.

Sakura, at best, fights with the technique of a boxer. Hinata specializes in Taijutsu. Not only that, but Hinata also has Byakugan, which makes it even harder for Sakura to hit her.

Sakura's entire arsenal revolves around chakra control and chakra flow. What does Gentle Fist stop again?

If Sakura comes in with a punch, Hinata's superior Taijutsu skills will allow her to dodge, especially with her her eyes. She can then stop Sakura's flow as Sakura lacks maneuverability while attacking.

IMO, Hinata takes this fight

Honestly they are pretty much equal. It comes down to does Sakura get a hit before her chakra is disrupted. And though I am honestly a Hinata fan, realistically they both are a tough match up as both have fighting styles that give them both the advantage as well as a disadvantage! Sakura's strength can destroy the battle ground but Hinata' flexibility counters it. Hinata's gentle fist is countered by the risk of getting hit. It's who gets the first hit no matter how badly we want one or the other to win

Sakura don't have any mid range attack. Hinata has vacuum palm n those needle chakra thingys so hinata takes this n ur forgetting that Sakura uses chakra 4 her brute strength n her medical skills so on hit from hinata she's done 2 :)

the byakugan is useless if theres no sneak attacks, Sakura's fist will be in her gut by the time hinata gets close enough, Sakura probly wont run in full force, to avoid64 palms, all it takes is ONE COUNTER HIT, and hinata's out of it.

Like Rikerslade said Sakura's fighting style is like boxing. If a boxer goes against a kung fu master, who would win? You make it sound like Sakura has a better chance at hitting Hinata, when Hinata's clan specializes in taijutsu...

Kung fu master? Ignorance, and boxing can beat "kung fu", as well as the fact that hinata dosen't kick. Sakura does specialize in tai jutsu, and it wont be to easy to clog a hand or wrist, when it moves alot.

Do you hear yourself? If Byakugan can detect sneak attacks easily, how can it not detect an attack that isn't even hidden? It would just see it even better than it would a sneak attack.

And like I said, Hinata is superior in Taijutsu, so while Sakura is trying to push her fist in her gut, Hinata will simply dodge and seal her up.

And if Sakura takes her time, it'll just be that much easier for Hinata to track. If Sakura keeps distance, a Vacuum Palm will take care of her.

Sakura doesn't specialize in taijutsu, all she does is punch. Hinata's gentle fist is a superior type of taijutsu. Even lee had a hard time against Neji. I know you can't compare Hinata to Neji, but the facts don't change that gentle fist is a superior taijutsu. We haven't seen much of Hinata's fighting style in shippuden, but so far we can see that she can beat Sakura.
