I am like you and skinny. I choose High weight, low rep to build muscle mass. Low weight, high rep makes you more defined. I do 3 sets of 6 on the machines at my local gym. It's worked for me so far, I've gained 20 pounds in 2 months in pure muscle.

if u want to gain muscle then u need to put on some fat .. so u can turn that fat into muscle .... other than that its excercising regularly and a well balanced dietry plan

a. Wrong section
b. Body Building is bad for your health (pills and stuff like that)
c. If you want muscles start working out,do exercises for the muscles you want to enhance and eat more meat (don't overdo it tho)

Start a weightlifting regimen. I would say that different people have different genetic predispositions to certain body types. It's possible you'll never be hulked out, but you can strap on a little more muscle.

You have to increase your daily food consumption. No amount of working out will help you put weight on if you aren't intaking enough carbs to actually turn into muscle mass. Double your eating and work out a lot, do heavy weights and do them as many times as you can. Also, to actually gain, you have to always increase how much you do every day. try adding 1 more rep every day, or every other day, and once you get to 10 more reps than what you started increase the amount of weight. If you always do the same workout every day you will quickly stop gaining. Try eating high protein foods, and fatty foods, but not sugary unhealthy stuff. Eat healthy, and eat a lot, drink lots of water, work out a lot, and eventually you will start noticing gains.
