Thank you for being the 4th to tell me to read rules. I don't know if I would have read them or not if you didn't also tell me to. (No, I am not trying to be mean, sorry if it looks like I am. Just for once I want to get welcomes without reminders to read rules. This is supposed to be a welcome thread, not a thread where I am told every other post to read rules, as if I am a trouble maker.) Picture is Kawaii though.

Yeah, it just isn't personal when you just keep copying and pasting the same thing. But since you just replied with specific text to me, it is now personal. In any case, I don't sign up for a site without knowing the rules, so I read the rules before registering. Which I know you didn't know. But if it is seen that other people told me to read rules, is it needed to say it again? Alright, I am just being mean, sorry. Just speculating.

If we welcome new members in a specific order, then yes, once is enough. But when different members welcome new members in different order, we make it like this. Mihgt result a bit redundant...But at least new members will read it

No matter how many times it is said to read rules, it won't mean the member will read them. Members should read rules without staff telling them to, is my opinion. But yes, that doesn't happen. But if they don't read them after the first person tells them to, do you think they will after 5 tell them to?

EDIT: Man, being a college student for Human Services, I use psychology stuff too much.
