Tobi can almost beat anyone who doesn't have a S/T tech. He nearly absorbed Minato, who has one of the fastest reflexes in the series, and then said he'll just have to do it faster. That's all it takes.

Well it wouldn't be fair cause the beasts are not obitos power...and anyways if the beasts were included, Nagato would be the one using it, he had it before tobi.

Ummm stop. The beasts are not his power 1st of all, and second nagato would have mazou and the beasts over obito cause he had them first. It's no a restriction cause the beasts are not his power, they are just under his control.

6 paths ( beasts extracted etc .. ) but plus MS abilities as well which includes his S/T ninjutsu xd
