I personally feel zetsu and I mean the real zetsu can fill in some of the plot holes. When u look at him like most of us noticed. Artsy looks like obito. Which makes me feel obito used his uchiha genes to make a clone of himself. Like madara was doing with hashi. If this was to purposily creat a true blend of an uchiha and senji... Idk. But what I look at is the flash backs shown. The one with itach the other with Iowans. When they were confronted by madar tobi. He had madara's hair. Same style. Long. Now was that a zetsu in his copy state? Also during the 4th fight tobis arm liquified when damaged. We now know photo has half a zetsu body. But why didn't it liquify when naruto hit it? Did he find another half body? Is it nagato's seeing as he took him from hi resting place instead of just taking his eye?

Also this whole arc makes me feel that the next and final arc will be dedicated to the truth about the uzamaki. This arc is about the war between the uchiha and senju and how that hatred still effects the world today. Even though the uzamaki and senju are distant relatives. They still have things that set them apart. Also what better way to end naruto than to focus and end the story on the main character heritage and the reason they were wiped out

Madara also said that both him and Obito couldnt possibly leave the cave... which is clearly wrong as they it at some point. And Madara also said that Obito could not possibly be a shinobi again... yet that aint true.


Madara is doing everything he can to manipulate Obito, he is mixing lies into his sentences.

well we know madara obviously cant since he need the mazou. however Obito does not know how to.
maybe madara tells obito how to get out

Page 15, the right Zetsu body looked like something you could "wear". Obito is probably wearing that "Zetsu suit".

By his eyes Borrowed he means that they are his brothers eyes comon guys you do recall he was going blind you know.. and in my opinion he lost one of his eyes because he used izanagi to escape his near death experience from the 1st hokage.

Madara gave HIS eyes to nagato. And when u have mnko sharinggan u don't lose it. They who the fight with madara and the first hokage on ultimate ninja storm generations and he uses izanagi and kept both eyes. Check it out it was an epic fight

Hi all,

Long time lurker, 1st time poster.

I have some questions about this chapter....regarding the overall timeline now that we have a little more information about Obito/Tobi

Timeline:
Event 1: Kakashi Chronicles - Obito is crushed by boulder. Aprox age 12(?) Assuming same age as Kakashi (who is now 30) this happened 18(?) years ago
Event 2: The flashback of this chapter which appears to be leading to some sort of training for Obito to become Tobi/Madara
Event 3: Tobi attacks Konoha with the nine tails and fights the 4th Hokage on a near even level. Since Naruto is now 16 years old we know this happened 16 years ago
Event 4: Tobi & Itachi slaughter the Uchiha. Aprox 12(?) years ago. Maybe later

Question: How did Obito/Tobi grow so quick & fast to get on an even level with the 4th Hokage and pull off controlling the nine tails. Just two years after the Kakashi chronicles. Plot hole, or a direct correlation to what happened between him and Madara during those two years in between those events.

Masked man uses the chain as his tool, when fighting Minato.
Madara use fan. n Obito is not carrying the chain.
So there could be the 3rd masked man, who!!!!

The only reason would be that Tobito awakened the MS while he was getting crushed by the rocks. Madara says that if it was like he slipped through the rocks. And he got stronger so quickly by knowing about Rin's death thus motivating him to follow Madara's plan. All this may sound to be a load of crap (I find it myself hard to believe too), but it would be either that or a plot hole.

Maybe Madara casted a genjutsu on obito, giving tobi powerful abilities + experience. Thus, obito got the eye off uchiha madara.

what I don't understand is that.... how was Obito fighting the 4th hokage and how did he capture the nine-tails?.... he should've been only like 15 or so.... how did he get so much taller and stronger in such a short amount of time?

i completely agree. Orochimaru has more to do with everything than we know. In the end we will find out he is the one who tied this whole thing together.
