No that's not blaze release. Itachi put out Amaterasu on sasuke n he didn't have blaze release so putting it away is the same power as amaterasu

So what you are saying is that Madara's MS capabilities are tsuki and ama? I have not seen him use either but I have seen him use susanoo. Also what you are saying is that Obito could never develop susanoo even if he had both eyes since he is not a tsuki or ama MS guy. Also that would mean that not all MS users can unlock susanoo as not all will develop ama and tsuki. That does limit what kishi can do with Madara too don't you think? We all know he will have rinnegan techniques but he cannot show us anything new for MS.

Also you did not put a link to it in your proof but where does Itachi say you need ama and tsuki to unlock susanoo? I see in the newest chapter that Madara says you need both eyes to unlock the full power but not ama and tsuki although I admit that might not be the power Madara was referring too.

To be more accurate, Tobi/Obito is the one who stated you need both to unlock Susanoo... but on topic, yes sasuke does have tsuki however he cant manpulate time with his version
