Obito got the best sensei being Minato and Madara.
However, I think Hiruzen also had 2 of the best sensei but I'm not sure if Hashirama was actually training him often.

In my opinion Hiruzen probably had the best Sensei's, Hashirama and Tobimara as your teachers is pretty boss. I know it's not on your list, but I thought I would just share that anyways.

If I'm picking from your list, then it would have to be Obito, being trained by Minato and Madara! Just an insane amount of talent, wisdom and power to learn from there.

IIRC there's no real universal teacher. It mostly depends on their connection with the student as well. Although if I had to choose.. I'd like either Minato or Jiraiya as my sensei.
